On the road - GT water pump on constantly
2015 GT 364TS - We've been on the road for two days traveling from OH to FL. We're using the fresh water tank as needed while driving. However, there is massive air and foam along with a little water at each faucet when its opened. Even the toilets are producing part water and part air when flushed. In addition, the electric water pump is running constantly. (Just de-winterized last week.) I'm guessing that the pump won't shut off because it's not sensing back pressure due to all the air. So, where could the air be coming from and is that what's causing the pump to run constantly? Anyone suggestions?
Of course, when we arrive at our destination in FL, we'll use city water, but want to get this resolved before heading back to OH in two weeks.

Water pump
Could be valve that was opened to add antifreeze to system was not shut completely when it was dewinterized. Safe travels.

Also, could be the filter screen cap next to the pump.

Check and make sure your winterization valve is closed. It will be near the hose that sucks antifreeze from the bottle.

I had the same problem when I tried to use the pump the first time. The winterization valve was in the wrong position...easy fix for a change!

You also didn't mention whether you filled the tank, or just added water to it. May have sucked the water out filling up the 2 water heaters (12gallons) plus the water lines. Also don't forget that the 364 has 2 water pumps so check both winterizing valves.

Rechecked water valve and it appears in correct position perpendicular to the winteriser fluid hose. Hot water heater valves appear correct. Could be crack in pump or filter casing due to freezing although I did blow out the lines and also drew in two gallons of winterizer. (This is the standard version of the 364TS and comes with just one water heater.) Lools like I'll have to wait until I get back to OH to tear into it.

Not sure what you mean by standard version of 364, I thought the 364 came with 2 water pumps/heaters as standard, mine did. I also drew in about 4 gallons of antifreeze when I winterized, but I have a washer/dryer.

There is a thread from last year where some insisted there are two water heaters on all 364s. However, earlier 2015 models had one water heater and 19.5" tires. What else I'm not sure.

I'm sure you are correct and glad they added the second WH as standard. I do remember seeing the 19.5" tires on some of the first ones out. The 2016's also have the 6 spd transmission, although a few of the first '16s were built on '15 chassis and have 5 spd. Do you have 2 water pumps? I also thought some more on your situation, if you had a frozen/cracked line, your city water would be spraying everywhere, so I don't think that is your issue. Check the clamps on the suction side of your pump(s). Also I don't remember seeing your answer, but you did make sure your tank was full correct?
