What model of Georgetown. Saying you have a Georgetown is like saying you have a Chevrolet.

As you are looking at the TV there should be buttons on either the lower right or left side just behind the screen. The other thing I would look at is to see if you have a tripped GFCI outlet as the outside TV is on a GFCI outlet that is more than likely tied to the kitchen GFCI. Hope this helps!
