Any ideas on troubleshooting why overhead bunk stopped working on Georgetown series 5?

Thank you,
Mark

You need to provide a lot more information if you want a useful answer.

We were on our 1st trip with this new vehicle, brought the bed down by unbuckling the belt on the right side, the you turn the key and push the down arrow. It worked fine. We were just showing someone our new RV. Haven't even climbed up there yet. The next day we wanted it down, did the same routine and no sounds or movement. Haven't been able to get it to work at all. Any ideas?
