Honestly, I bought the new Georgetown 360 and it was -30 below that day...I never noticed but someone can enlighten me. Does Georgetown have the clear plastic protective covering on the front to aleviate paint damage...thanks

Hi there,
It is called the "3M Scotchgaurd" frontend protection. If you do not have it, you can have it installed or buy it pre cut to fit most vehicles. However it does take time as you need, one spray bottle of water and one with alcohol and a plastic squeegee. I am thinking of putting on our toad "if I have the patience".....Good luck.

Happy adventures,
Barney

Thanks for the replies folks. I was told by someone that all the GTWN units came out of the factory with it on ...sounds like my new 2011 360 should have have it as well.

You can see it if you look, like around the headlights, front grill etc.. about 1/2" around it, you can see the line. Should be a piece on the paint above the last step on entry where you shoe could hit the paint, and behind the entry handle to protect from finger nails "I guess". It is visable on mine but its so clear you have to look for it.

Happy Adventures to you and yours,
Barney
