Path for XM antenna wire from console to roof?

I have a 2014 Georgetown XL and am wondering if anyone knows how I can run a new antenna cable, for an XM Radio antenna which is made to mount on the roof, from the dash console to the roof? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using it sitting on the dash with acceptable results. My long term plan was to remove the plastic trim on the right side of the windshield, drill up from under the dash, route the cable under the trim, drill into the overhead cabinets and then route to behind the center cabinet and put it in contact with the fiberglass front cap, rather than produce another roof penetration. It's only a little fiberglass anyway. You need to pry off the back of the center cabinet and you will also find the satellite cabling in that area as well. the center cabinet back was supposed to be screwed in but on my coach it was stapled. Put some screws in to replace it. I did this to install a Winegard satellite TV antenna anyway. The attached photo shows what you will find. The ugly hole was not mine, it was done at the factory and covered by the new cabinet back that you remove. The splitter had some loose connections as well.

You can reach into the hole, push back the insulation blanket and see the front of the cap as well as reach behind the rightmost cabinet and fetch direct the end of the antenna wire you are installing.

I have since decided to drop Sirius anyway and use my Verizon phone on unlimited data for internet radio. Glad I never did this.

I wan the wire under the dash and brought it out along the bottom wall by the passenger seat, behind the seat, up the wall to the corner of the window, out the window and up the rail of the awning and up to the roof. Glued a small piece of steel to the roof and the antenna sticks to the metal plate with the magnet. Where the wire goes out the window file a small trough in the frame so the window does not cut the wire. Where the wire goes up to the roof along the awning rail use some black silicone to cover it up. It works great and the wire is well hidden.

A lot of Georgetowns like mine have a vent cap on the roof right above the passenger seat. It's a dummy cap for coax if you wanted to install a satellite dish on the roof.

No satellite for us, so, I attached a metal plate to the top of the plastic cap. The satellite antennae attaches to the plate with it's strong magnet. Then I ran the antennae wire down through the cap, drilled a small hole into the ceiling above the passenger seat. Ran a plastic channel to the side wall to hide the wire, and continued running it down the plastic channel at the side of the windshield. Along and under the dash to the front radio for antennae connection to my Sirius/XM unit. Now.......being on top of the roof, I never lose reception.

Are you sure you don't already have a run in place? See if you have a plastic bubble above the driver area on the roof? May be different from my rig.
