We use our 364ts every month and I check on it weekly to start and go over systems. When I went out last time I turned on the batteries but nothing would turn on but when I stated the generator all was fine and after I shut off the generator everything was working. Was wondering if anyone has had this problem and if there is a fix,
Perhaps your batteries were dead. Even with the battery disconnect switch engaged there is still parasitic drag from propane alarm, etc that will kill them.
If the rv is going to be sitting without shore power is it best to disconnect the batteries or put a battery disconnect switch at the battery terminals to completely disconnect the batteries
I had the same problem. After a week in storage, the batteries were dead. Had to crank the generator on to get things working. I later found out that I had a defective solenoid (?) value on my LCI Jacks system. The solenoid was too hot to touch and I believe it was draining the batteries. After disconnecting the solenoid (LCI is disabled from use), the batteries are now normal again. I will get the LCI repaired next week.
