Precision Plex Auto Gen Start - Temp & HVAC disabled?

My Precision Plex touchscreen just has buttons for doing an automatic generator start if the battery voltage gets too low (I'm setting it to 11.7 VDC as a guess).

When I touch Status I see that the AGS for Enable on Temp and Enable on HVAC are showing up but marked as Disabled. AGS_HVAC_DEMAND also shows as Off on the second page of Status.

Is this function available for anybody? Is there a way to enable it perhaps?
