Rear Bath opening for hose

My XL369 rear bath opening out of the basement compartment for the black and gray water drain is too small to run the hose through.
Has anyone else having the same problem?

The dealer replaced my 4" opening with a 5" opening. FR said that they had installed the wrong one. They paid for the fix.
