Rear wheel valve stems

My brother’s new Tiffin has valve stem extensions on the inside rear duals that stick through the holes in the wheels. They have a plastic, rubber or foam insert in the hole that the extension sticks through to hold it in position. Anybody seen these and know where to get them?

This is what I put on mine. It comes with actual valve stems and the rubber stabilizers. No extension, just metal stems configured to work on my rear duallys. Hope this helps.
