Removing and reinstalling rear tires

I just finished installing rear sumo springs on my GT3. When I removed the tires it did not occur to me they should be reinstalled in the same position so I did not mark them before I removed them. I did remember about where the valve stems were so there are probably within a lug or two in their original position. Is that something to worry about?

BTW, the tires are much heavier than I thought...it was eye opening and I now see why the RV didn't come with a spare

You are good to go if you can get to the valve stems
