Replace bat wing with King Jack

I am going to replace the bat wing crank up with a king Jack. I think others have done this but when I do a search I get nothing?

I left most of the Winegard just replaced the head (with wingman).
Where we spend the summer we didn't get ANY HD channels with the Jack the TV can find 1 but it's not strong enough to work.
