Replace Dually Braided Extension

Hi all tried to do a search but no luck. One of my braided dually extensions for inside right tire has failed. Not leaking but I can’t add, or release air or check pressure. I tried to wiggle my hand in there to remove it no luck. Before I drive this over to a tire shop any of you have any thoughts? Is there a tool for this?
If you have replaced them what did you use?
Thanks in advance. Georgetown 369 2018

There is a long cord inside the extension that presses in on the valve stem when

the stem on the extension is pressed.

Try tightenng it first, that someimes will fix it.

It is a common failure. The extension is easy to remove, just lay on the ground and you can usually reach between the tires and remove the extension.

If you have to replace it

they are available at most auto prts stores.

Jim!
You are the best! I really could not get that braided tube off BUT I got in there and tried tightening as you suggested and it’s working! I now feel confident if I have to replace it I can get back in there but for now all is good!
Perfect and thank you!
