Our cab chairs, sofa, euro chair, ottoman, and dinette cost @ $9k.
We used real leather, fabric and vinyl. All new cushion material. Some very good custom labor was used. In fact, "George" was uplifted on Friday. They are also replacing the brake fluid. We should pick it up next week. I'll be posting pics.

Replacement upholstery
We are doing the driver's and passenger chairs and our jackknife sofa. We were sent upholstery samples and the one we picked will cost us $625.00 total.

We replaced the upholstery in our 2011 378F 2 years ago. At that time I contacted Melody at Williamsburg and FR customer service. They made the covers and shipped them no charge. Having some upholstery experience it took me about 6 hours to strip the original upholstery and recover it all. Later we decided we didn’t like the feel of the material and replaced all again with our own design furniture and fittings. That only cost a few hundred dollars and now we are happy.

My wife and I also reupholstered the captain chairs on our Georgetown 329DS with covers from FR. It took about four hours in total. We realized we needed furniture hog-rings pliers. So, with a two-day Amazon break. We were able to complete the work.
1. Get the right hog-rings and pliers (furniture, not fence sized)
2. Remove the chairs. Not the pedestals. Four bolts plus one large bolt for the seat belt for each side.
3. Remove the arms.
4. This is the most important step. Take copious pictures. Every fold, every staple as you disassemble.
5. Wear a breathing mask. Both the laminate chips and dust we're too much for me.
6. We used a homebuilt table (~3 ft x ~3 ft x 3 ft high) so we could get better view and access.
7. Cut holes for the arms and install them.
8. Cut the hole for the seat lever and install it.
9. Reinstall the seats.
10. Try them out, take pictures, and high five your partner.

Like everyone else, when we purchased our 2014 XL378 last year, we negotiated with the dealer for a "credit" on having the furniture recovered. They offered to have replacement coverings done, but we were not thrilled with the underlayment as well. We reached out to an upholsterer to completely redo all of the soft goods in a faux leather that was a closer match to the dashboard and to upgrade to a better underlayment.
Took about 2 weeks start to finish, and I believe we paid $2,600.
In hindsight, We would have done some sort of fabric on the sofa. Of course we need to stop going to places where the high temp runs in the 90's...

We used thick zip ties instead of the metal fasteners to install out replacement seat covers. Makes it a pretty easy job.

We have to recover two chairs and a jack knife couch. My husband and I are both pretty handy but not sure how hard this would be. The cost of hiring a professional is not something we really have in our budget right now. Any help would be so appreciated.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have a 2014 Georgetown and Forest River is paying williamsburg furniture to provide me with new upholstery. I just have to pay a local upholsterer to install onto my RV furniture. I had bad delamination of driver and pass chairs as well as sofa, jump seat and dinette cushions. If you call FR they will direct you to a contact that covers your area. Hope this helps in everyone out there in some way.

I replaced mine with the material Williamsburg sent us. Not hard to do but I did split it up into 3 days.
I also added a layer of quilting batting. Made a huge difference.
Just take a lot of pictures so you know how to put it back on. I bought a few extra hog rings and used a pair of pliers to attach the rings. Someone said they used zip ties.
I'll try to find the pictures I took and post them later if you would like.
The arms on the front chairs are easy to take off. The couch is easy to disassemble as well. Ask if you have questions.

I have been emailing and screwing around with FR for over two years about this. I get a response, even Brian helped me out and referred me. I send them images and then pictures of the tags...and then nothing.
Who did you start with on the phone if you don't mind.
Thanks
