Replacing bedroom TV in a 2012 Georgetown 378
Merry Christmas to everyone. Wondering if anyone has needed to replace the back bedroom TV a 378 . Had a peek through the inpection hatch on wash machine compartment side as well as top cupboards on the other side . Looks like there's a piece of plywood attached to a vertical bulkhead which is in turn attached to two pieces of plywood . These appear hold a couple of square tube type brackets that hold the TV . The issue is it's almost impossible to get at anything unless there's a way to doing this that I haven't thought of .

Have not tried to remove but it will rotate (pull on left side) counterclockwise for access to all the input ports on the bottom. Don't know if that aide's removal.

Haven't had to replace ours but have had it off on our 2014. Just like the outside tv, give it a rap upwards and it lifts off. No inspection panel in the washer/dryer bay though.

Could be the same but 2012 378 didn't come with an outside TV.

I've given it a very hard upward rap from the bottom and no go. I haven't reached through the access plate opening in the washer/dryer closet to feel for a release mechanism though.

Be happy. I figure the outside TV is the bedroom spare, we NEVER use it.

Is it not on a hinged door. Try and how my 2012 350TS is. Unless the previous owner modded it this way. I have easy access to the back of the TV and I can use the area as storage.

Yes, it is not on a hinged door. I hope the OP figures it out cause I may have to change mine someday.

A search on this forum says screws (bolts) have to be removed from the backside through the closet access hatch.

I removed mine several years ago. All I did was to remove the screws I saw through the inspection panel, in the closet to the right of the TV.
I thought I did it myself, but I would still have someone hold the TV while taking out the screws.
It was very easy. 10 minutes max.

Well I must’ve gotten lucky then. The previous owner modded mine and it looks OE. I don’t have any pictures, but they put a piano hinge on the right side with a 1/2” piece of solid wood panel (not plywood) with positive locking clips so when it’s closed it’s solid like it’s screwed to the cabinet. Lots of storage behind it, here again they put a blue Ray player in there.

GT378 (the OP's) vs GT350 perhaps.

My 2013 has a port on the left side where washer would be as described. I also have a larger access port on the right side in the closet. that can be removed.
