Retracting Slide Out Manually

We have a 2013 Georgetown 378 and need to retract a slide manually. The owners manual tells me how to do it and what it looks like but gives me no clue where it is located. Does anyone know the location? Thanks.

Retracting slide out manually

Joe1952-

I don't have your model RV but would suggest the following:
Look under the RV and locate the motor and transport mechanism for the slide-out. Adjacent to the motor you should see a tube approximately 1/2 inch in diameter extend through a hole in the frame rail. The end of the tube should have a pin extending across the diameter to which you attach the manual crank.
I hope that helps.

Your pump and hydraulic system for levelers and slide control is under your entry steps.

Use the big round silver key that opens the hood locks and remove the step.
Your should the Hydraulic pump to the left and batteries as well as the battery control center at top.
Also if the pump doesn't work it may be that the main breaker tripped.
Look to the back wall top left of the battery control center. See last picture.
Hope this help you.

We have a 2007 GT 378. We had to reset the 50 amp breaker on the frame rale under our step next to the batteries. It is a red button and controls the hydraulics. Our hydraulic pump is in a compartment on the driver's side. There is an opening where you can use a drill to manually crank in the slide.

2013 Grey Wolf Slide out

I have the same issue on our recently purchased Cherokee Grey Wolf. I am trying to figure out how to manually operate the slide out. Owners manual is very generic and doesn't help. There are no access holes in the side or underneath the camper and I don't see anything inside. Any ideas?

What type of slides do you have? There are lci swintec, hydraulic, pulley types.. Each has its own procedure.

It's the swintec (spelling??). I did just watch on YouTube how to disengage the motors and manually push the slide in. Thanks
