Hello FR friends, what's the best roof sealant for the fiberglass roof on my 378?

Mr. G,
You will need to inspect your roof seams several times per year. You also need to inspect any fixture, plug, vent, skylight ect.. for any signs that the factory applied sealant is cracking or seperating. You do not need to remove the old sealant, just apply directly over it.
Do not use silicone, only Decor non-sag or self leveling products for rubber roofs or the above fiberglass roof products depending on your roof material.

While your inspecting considering recaulking you should take a look at this product which has been named a few times on this site: 1x fix and don't have to worry about caulking getting old/brittle and falling apart. https://www.eternabond.com/
