Shades making banging noises? Velcro them!

While the slow-rise window shades are very nice, they also make a lot of noise as the coach bounces around the road because the weighted bar at the bottom of the shade bangs into the window framing.

I took a small piece of the fuzzy part of velcro and stuck it to the outside of the weighted bar where it contacted the window frame. Problem gone. It works so well I also did it to the bedroom shades. Every time we would move a pillow or roll over we'd bump a window shade and have the same loud banging.
