Slide Dragging Floor

We had an issue on our Dec trip, went to leave and the edge of the slide where couch is was dragging into the floor about 3/4" before the slide was fully in. I had to lift on the couch while my wife pushed the slide button in so as not to damage the floor. I took into the dealer... just got it back Monday, brought it home today as we are loading up for a trip South.. I now notice the corner of the slide, same area that was dragging, sits on the floor. I can't even fit a piece of paper between that part of the slide and the floor. My fear is it's going to rub a hole in the laminate floor eventually.

This isn't normal, right???

Does the slide raise up at all when you try to put it out? How does that end of slide look on the outside when closed? Tighter at top or bottom?

You didn't mention the conditions in which the slide is being moved so I will ask a couple of questions.
Are you moving the slide when your 5'r is level with the jacks down?
Or is it sitting on the wheels with some slight frame twisting?
The best and safest condition for the slide operation will happen with the jacks down and the 5'r level.

Lift the carpet and take a look. There is usually one reason for this. The nylon slide support is damaged or worn out. The other possability is the slide out box is broken.

Yes I agree with the slide operation when jacks are down. It's currently sitting on wheels.

In looking at the outside slide when pulled in, hard to tell if the gap is different. In looking the top maybe a little tighter in than bottom.

I haven't pulled the slide in & out much as I was waiting until we got to destination where I could lower the jacks.

Is the inside front of your slide off the floor or does the front rest on the floor?

This isn't normal, should be a pretty large clearance, ours is about 2 inches.

Did your dealer adjust the slide to address the concern? I had to have that done to my Main Slide because it was rubbing the tile in my GTXL.

Well... yes & no. I took it in for that reason, it stayed at the dealer for 2 months, I got it back and it's better but still rubbing. I didn't think about checking it before leaving the dealer.
