Slideout cable detached

I have a 2014 Georgetown 335 DS. The upper right hand cable on the bedroom slideout detached from the L-bracket on the outside and recoiled back into the wall. Does anyone have a way to retrieve it from the outside? It looks like I may have to remove the wiper seal to see if I can access it from there.
I don't know who the manufacturer of the cable system is.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Believe most of the cable slide out systems are by BAL / Norco Industries. Should be able to locate manuals on adjusting and troubleshooting online. Youtube should have some videos also. Shouldn't be too difficult. If the cable slipped out of the bracket then the cable stopper fell out allowing that to happen.

Thanks for the replies. I've watched several Youtube videos. I am looking for an easy to retrieve the cable, pull it back out and re-attach it to the bracket. The rubber grommets that held it in, dried out and fell out allowing the cable to fall out of the bracket.
