Hi, I have a 2020 Forest river vibe. I’m using a rubber conditioner but can’t think of the name now. It’s a space age stuff. 303 or something. It’s great stuff I ordered off Amazon and it’s a must to use a seal conditioner because the rubber gets hard without it.
My seals slide in and are held by 2 screws at the bottom.

Those must just be bad seals. My RV is 10 years old and I am just now replacing the top wiper seals. I have never used any seal conditioner and I live in the hot, dry, southwest.

No way a 2019 should have bad seals even without any treatment attention. Something is wrong. Material quality, installation, design, whatever. Something isn't right if they are failing that soon.
I've had several RVs with slides, never treated the rubber wipers, and never had one wear out. I suspect you have a bad batch of wiper gaskets and the only fix is replacement.

We have a 2020 and had to replace side slide wipers on front and rear slides for tearing. I did use conditioner on them once a month. I saw another 2020 369 at a tailgate with exact same issue. I also had a cable come loose on front slide within 4 months of owning.
Don't understand why they went with cable slide system for such a large slide out.
