Small dome on roof over driver

I have a 2019 George Town gt5 motor home, when I was inspecting the roof I found a small 4Ē clear dome on the roof over the driver seat, I bought this motor home used at a dealer so nothing was mentioned about this on the walk thru does anyone have any idea what this may be?

Should be the coax cable under it for a satellite. Should also be some cable in one of the cabinets for a satellite box.

Yup. The other end on ours is already connected to the MovieVision switch box.

And I'm pretty sure almost no dealer could ever answer that question. Heck, some might think it's a mini-skylight.

If the other end of that rooftop coax is connected to the Movievision box it is connected incorrectly. That cable is the sat antenna feed and would connect to the sat receiver.

The splitter that we have installed from the factory is one that passes DC straight through and designed for satellite TV systems. The output of the splitter is connected to the TV port on the Movievision.

Whatev. It's irrelevant because we'll never have satellite. I have toyed with stealing that cable for a roof-mounted cellular antenna, though.
