Stress Cracks on the Georgetown

We own a 2017 369DS Georgetown Motorhome.

After a cold winter in storage we came to find these stress cracks above the passenger front fender. Yikes

Has anyone had this happen and how did you fix as this is not under warranty?

I am told this is plastic, so thoughts are to try to push back in place if possible use body shop adhesive to stick.

Any other ideas?

Looks like a screw under trim may be the problem. Not sure best way to fix
