Set your WDH right and forget about the rest!

My response beats yours 4.5 words to 1!

This is one of the most common questions - search is never used, it should be removed.

The industry is so ____. You need everything. I added a rear sway, Q4 Sumos, and a steering stabilizer. ALL ARE REQUIRED. The CHF is for those that have no $ (not their fault) or refuse to part with it (TF). The most significant change was the steering stabilizer, without it, I would have left RVing. Costs apx $2-3K P&L

Mine came with a rear sway bar. The best fix was better shocks and a track bar for the rear. Those changes made the most out of the ride and control. One hand steering if I choose. Also came with rear air bags.

I wasn't clear enough - The rear sway bar I added is a SECOND rear sway bar in addition to the one that is already standard. The fixes I described are for Class A RVs with the pathetic Ford F53 Chassis. FYI, mine came standard with Bilstein Shocks and Goodyear tires, nothing bad there. That is the only positive thing I have seen from FR in any of their construction components.

I installed sumo springs front and back as well as roadmaster steering stabilizer , this made a major difference , haven’t ruled out adding second rear sway bar

The second rear sway bar helps to prevent movement with high winds.

I ended up adding sumo springs front and back. Then the road master steering stabilizer, camper handles 100 times better.

I added the Safe-T Plus Steering stabilizer was going to add the Sumo Springs, but they would not fit my model coach (apparently, I have an extra bracket in the rear that interfered with installation). bot the Stabilizer made a WORLD of difference. much easier to drive, pass, and be passed. Plus, wind doesn't push the coach around much at all.

I have a '12 GT 360.
I added Sumo springs to all 4 corners, steering stabilizer, and did the CHF. Vast improvement in drivability!! I just swapped out the OE Bilsteins for new ones, (at 40k it was starting to become a "rocking horse" when crossing bridges). Everything is great now!!

"Cheap Handling Fix"

You loosen the sway bar links on the front and rear sway bars and move them to the next position, (hole in the sway bar).
Then you retighten them .
It shortens the movement of the sway bars and makes the chassis "stiffer". Less sideways motion.

It works pretty well.

I wonder why the factory doesn't automatically do the CHF.
