Trip stats for 364TS anyone?

Hey I'm picking out my 364TS next week. Does anyone have the trip stats for a good distance trip? Anyone does the 5star tune? Any other ideas to start us out right?

As for trip stats, look for around 7mpg. The first thing to do would be to adjust the tire pressure according to actual weight, especially the front. I haven't heard of anyone doing a tune on the '16 chassis, but they've worked well for those who have done it on '15 chassis.

Awesome thank you very much. With a toad would we be looking for around 5-6? Or less?

I don't see a difference with a toad. About 7.5-8 with or without. End up going new then?

Good luck! If bedroom slide catches can probably get them to fix before you take it as they have instructions to repair. You'll notice the bump bringing it in or out.

They will take as much time as you want on the PDI and I thought they did a great job. I called with a lock issue and another question last summer and they took care of it right away, even though I'm far away.

That's great. How did they take care of it? Did you have to drive over to them?

With the 2017 you get the new 6 speed transmission that takes care of most of the problems with the older set ups that had extreme high rev downshifts.. You will love it

Yeah I have found no real need for the patriot brake I bought even towing an F-150. Been up and down some decent grades and haven't had any issues but no prolonged mountain drives...just up and down some bluffs but fairly steep.

They mailed parts and helped me troubleshoot small items, but the bed fix I had done local. They should be more than familiar with it so I'd make that a condition of pick up...warranty will cover it for them.

Actually it was a complete backfire lol. My wife and kids want a trailer with their own bunk room now. Back to convincing them to go motorhome. Then it's either the 36b5 or 364ts. The only difference is the washer dryer or bigger shower

One question to ask, do you think you'll drive long distances or spend most of your time near your home? Think of the comfort while traveling.

Well our trips are usually about 4 hours away to the camp grounds. Next year we hope to do a week trip out west. I've said over and over. Comfort while traveling. Not having kids in the back of a double cab truck

I had a truck and fifth wheel and my wife told me that she would go on a two week trip out west that we had planned, but she wasn't riding in a truck the whole time. "Figure it out", was her final response.

That's why I have a fifth wheel. I'd rather have less comfort traveling and more comfort living.

I only ever found 1 or 2 models of motorhomes that had a real bedroom for the kids. And each of those, it was still adjacent to the master bedroom (eliminating privacy for when you want to do "jumping jacks").

Hahah and that's another problem of mine. I can't get a 5th wheel since my truck is a lease. I still like the motorhome idea because I have done the 2 weeks on the road but we had a conversion van not a double cab truck with no tv. Just want the kids and wife to be comfortable and have fun while we are on the road
