Turn signals

The turn signals on my rig have decided to not work..Fuses under the dash and under the hood good...By the way, there isn't much room to get under the hood#! Also, hopefully Ford will find a way to make it more difficult to open the under hood fuse box !!!Any ideas on where else to look are appreciated.

can you clarify what you mean when you say they don't work? Not at all, or just one side vs the other? A little more detail would be great!

When turning does the turn signal switch self cancel?

If it does I would start looking around and under the front end to see if there is something that may have gotten undone by the frontend guy.

A cheapo test light makes short work of finding a bad fuse....

I have a fuse tester with light that I used on all fuses under dash and none are bad. You press it on exposed ends of fuses.
I climbed, actually crawled back under there and pulled each fuse one at time to recheck. Found fuse in top left column position to be bent. The tabs were bent in opposite directions. I don't know how it's made contact for 3 years!
I bent the tabs back and inserted and bingo turn signals back working.
I guess the original installer had thumbed it in bending the tabs.
Thanks all!

To work up front I remove the grill that gives me a lot more room. There are four bolts holding it in. Loosen the 4 bolts lift the grill up and it comes right out.
