Welcome to the club..I've been fighting it for 4 years.
Best I found was spray glue, then put up some foam strips and plywood, all held up to the ceiling with 2x4 props. In some areas the ceiling vinyl is shrinking so it won't go under the strips anymore.
Now the seats and dinette are starting to flake off. By the time we sell this RV it will be a junker!!

We also have a 2011 unit, a 378, and have had the same problem. There have been way to many posts on this subject as it was a common problem for that year units. The factory had use a faulty glue. Personally I pulled the vinyl out from under the plastic tract and the sidewall then used a Heavy Duty High temperature headline spray adhesive I purchased at Cloth World. Sprayed the back per instructions and used a squeegee to smooth it out, tucked in back under the plastic trim and sidewall. That was 4 or 5 years ago and no problem since. BTW, it took quite a while to do the job I learned some new words while doing it, but it worked. Good luck .

I just read another thread about cracked floor tiles in Dynaquest RVs, a division of Forest River. Apparently they have traced their problem to a bad batch of grout from their supplier, and are fixing all the production that was affected.
Bad glue from a supplier was blamed for our ceilings falling down but to my knowledge the Georgetown division has not contacted owners to offer a repair for those of us affected.
