I just had my Georgetown 2017 364TS in for a repair on the radius where wall meets roof. It had a developed a few wrinkles and I was afraid it would leak while 2,000 miles away in January. They were awesome. They fixed even the little things not related to the roof and Mike Haile manager and lead Tech Randy and Sam did the work. They went above and beyond what they were going to do and I can't thank them enough. It is like brand new. I am sold on FOREST RIVER and my next RV will be a Forest River if I ever get another. But this one is awesome but I do like the new colors and some features that come out every year or so! So maybe I will get a new one sooner than I think. But they are always friendly helpful and care that it is done right. I hope someone sees this from the company and gives them a raise. I tell everyone I can about my experiences. I have seen so many other models claim to be better built and better quality features. But dollar for Dollar, Nobody comes close. I have seen new Tiffins with 2 Ac's going out refrigerators having to be taken out leaks on all types of RV brands and it make me appreciate mine even more. Thank You Again Forest River!

I agree with everything you said. I am driving right by and while talking to the GT Warranty Manager (Nick Hoover) he mentioned that if I stopped he hook us up with a tour. They are going to repair a few minor things the dealer couldn't seem to get right. Nick has been super for the 2 months we have had our GT XL 369DS. Where did you end up staying while you were out there in Elkhart?

We tried coming from Cincinnati Thru Indianapolis there just were not many places closer to Elkhart coming up 31. If we came across 80 there are some nice places right on the toll road. But we got a late start! There was a fifth wheel there when we pulled in about 7 or 8 and it was very dark. So we ate at the restaurant across the street Culver’s! We had a tow dolly and I had not used one before and afraid to get blocked in somewhere.

Our GT 369XL is there now in the paint shop after getting a new roof installed by recall inspection. All of my conversations with FR have been good.
