Warranty on rear cap

Georgetown 335
I have been waiting 6 weeks on my local dealer to get the fiberglass repairs warrantied.
How long would you give them before you would get a lawyer involved.
I bought my unit new 11 months ago it has cracks every where there is a lip on the cap and the bed slide has some spider cracks on it .

I would get it back to the factory in Indiana and have them call me when it's ready! ( I really don't know the protocol for this kinda repair, I think i would rather the factory be involved in making that repair since they built it, maybe they will see what went wrong etc... )

Plus 1 on the factory. I spent a hot month in Tuscan a couple of years back waiting for them fix our RV. after it was fixed I was on the road for less than a month and the same problems reoccurred. Went to the factory (I had to wait 2 months for an opening) they fixed everything in 2 1/2 days and it is still fixed.

Dually, sounds like a dealer may be too busy to get to it, warranty approval should not take 6 weeks. I would contact directly and open a ticket.

I'd contact Forrest River ASAP and see if they even got the notice from your dealer. Later RJD

Folks all need to listen; when you are at a dealer and you do not get the answer you want or thought you wanted "contact the factory" i9f more people would do this then the factory finds out who the bad dealers are!!!

So since you have been waiting so long simple just call the factory

Happy camping
