We have a 2021 G7 that has a washing machine and dryer installed. I've found when you go to use the clothes washer it will only operate when the water pump is switched to on using the onboard water tank. Is there any way to run the washing machine using the city water when connected to camp park city water supply?
I cannot imagine how that would even be possible. The water pump outlet and City Water both connect before the built-in water filter.
Have you become a contortionist and checked the hot and cold water valves at the washer? Many people have said those are turned off from the factory. Perhaps yours were not turned on fully and the water pump pressure makes the difference.
