Water pressure filling the tank

Does any one know what the water pressure should be when filling the fresh water tank on a georgtown. we are doing a lot of dry camping in the dessert and run out of water quite quickly (only 50 gallons and the 2 hot water heaters which hold 6 each) so I bring along a bunch of 7 gallon jugs and a water pump. my old pump was not filling the tank properly so I have upgraded from a 340GPH pump to a half horse power 1400 GPH pump which testing in my back yard works like a charm. I have a 50 PSI regulator on it which I hope will do the job and stop me from causing any damage from over pressure on the plumbing.
Happy Holidays to everyone.
