Water pump and winterization hose

We have a 2017 gt5 31r, was looking to have dealer do our first winterization for this Mary Jane but they are scheduled out a month and I was planning covering by November, also want between 150 and 200 to do. I have done it on our old class c. I have looked around the onboard filter for siphon hose but have not found. Also have not seen pump (I really have not looked real hard as of yet, last RV it was under a dinette seat). Any help would be appreciated. I know I will have a question on onboard filter during winterization.

I have a 2018 gt5 31L5. Pump is accessible from door on outside. Hose is curled up in there.
