I have a 2006 34 Georgetown and when I fill water tank, the top does bulge up, but vents when full. Fill slow and watch, hope this helps?

Check your overflow vent under the rig.
It is a screen that covers the hose and gets road tar and dirt on it and may be covered so it doesn't release the air.

The screen is only taped on the end of the hose.

Hope this helps you.
