Question What Are correct Valve positions

HI
I have a 2011 Georgetown 378 and have a leak someplace near my lower water drain area that I'm working on.

Question is there are 2 plastic valves that I need too verify are in the correct position (should have taken a photo, my bad) looking into the RV the valve on the right is open (in line) and the one on the left is horizontal blocking flow. I sthis right?

This is when looking through the inspection port in the rear, next to last compartment on passenger side

I think you are talking about the valves where the water pump is and the water tank.

Take a look at these pictures of my 2012 378TS.
This valve is in the normal position.

Mine is a little different but I think these will help as I can see the pump. I'm, going to take off the cover separating the guts from the storage area tomorrow when I have my tools.

There is a valve connected to a black hose that is likely curled up in the bay and is open on one end. That is meant to be a low pressure for siphoning antifreeze into the system for winterizing. If that valve is not closed (meaning you are using your fresh water tank vs pink stuff) then you can get some leakage in certain situations through the opening in the end of the black hose.
