Where is the hydraulic reservoir?

I have a 2008 Forest River Georgetown SE 350TS, my rear jacks won't come up and the LCI panel is unresponsive with the Wait, Jack Down, Low Voltage, Engage Parking Brake and Excess Angle lights all flashing. In looking around underneath I found some hydraulic fluid on one of the slide hoses, but didn't see the reservoir. Does anyone know where the hid it?

I don't mean to sound sarcastic, but chances are the reservoir is where the pump is at. I'm unfamiliar with your rig so I can't tell you where your pump is. Can you hear it run when you hit the extend or retract button. If so, follow the sound. I know on my 3011 it's under the RV behind the generator on drivers side near frame rail.

Not familiar with a 2008 but typically the hydraulic unit is below the entrance steps.

The pump is behind the steps, but I didn't see a reservoir there. I was already running late to work... I'll climb under there tomorrow.

Bubbles picture is right on. Om out GT 360 DS, 2015, the pump is under the entrance steps. You have to take the guard plate off the backside of the steps and there it will be. If you take bubbles picture and rotate the pump almost a 1/4 turn to the right, that is how mine is mounted.
My jacks were not coming all the way up and so indicated on the control panel. Someone mentioned to fill up the reservoir, I did, problem solved. IT did not seem like it was that low by looking at it but took almost an entire quart to fill it up. It's obvious but make sure your jacks are up when you fill the reservoir unless you want a mella of a hess on your hands!

Good Luck!
