Windshield Seal

Question - Has/is anyone else having this issue? Have a 369XL. Windshield rubber seals have deteriorated to a soft jello messy substance. Oozing out and leaving open gaps where water is seeping in.
Interested in hearing from others.

What year?
We have a 2014 378XL that lives in Fresno under a cover and have had no issues.

2017 - Mine is also under cover. When not in use it’s under roof in a 60’ stall closed in on both side.
As I mentioned the rubber seal has totally deteriorated and turned to mush.

If it's reverting I think not much can be done to stop the process. R/R is the only solution.

I'd say Bubbles is correct. Prudence would have me take to a shop and have the windshield "re set."

That’s what I’ll be doing. Was just wondering if this was an issue with others. Can’t imagine that I’m the only one with this batch of rubber seal. If not a manufacturing defect I wonder what may have caused it.
As the saying goes “curious minds want to know”

Well, that doesn't make you a bad person!
I don't know if I've ever heard of that particular problem on the forum. Plenty of leaks, me included, but nothing where the sealant was oozing.

My 2014 georgetown 360xl has had a windshield leak since new. I just pulled the rotted dash out to expose whole interior of windshield install. From what I can tell it’s leaking from the bottom.(?). The window never had a rubber seal around it was improperly installed from the factory. Too bad the would never help me with the issue so here we go again.
