Winterizing Residential Refrigerator

Georgetown Model 335DS, 2017 Motorhome: I searched the forum and literature on how to winterize the LG brand refrigerator using compressed air, but I am finding different versions on how to effect this, especially the ice maker. Where is the water valve to the frig? Does it need to be opened when I inject the air? Any other techniques you can share will be welcomed. Thank you!

I have the same unit all you have to do is remove the fridge filter, install the filter plug that came with the unit. In the back near the water pump is the aux hose used to draw ,antifreeze into the camper. Turn the knob to where the pump draws in from aux hose place hose in gallon of antifreeze and turn on pump. Make sure icemaker is turned on. When the ice coming out of the maker turns pink fridge is winterized. This was the instructions i received from dealer worked well last year. Make sure you use the non alcohol antifreeze does not water or ice taste bad. In the spring just run water through the fridge and make several batches of ice and discard and replace the filter.

I have the LG and I didn't want anti-freeze in my water dispenser or icemaker. What I did; inside my bottom cupboard between the stove and the sink is the shutoff valve for the water supply for the fridge. Leave open for the first step.
I hooked up my air compressor to the city water inlet with around 30 to 40 lbs pressure. Using a glass I then emptied the water dispenser until only air was coming through. Then I dumped the ice from the icemaker bin.
Leave the bin out.
Up under the left side of the icemaker is a "reset" button. Push the reset and the icemaker will cycle, dump the ice and refill with water/air. I held a towel under the icemaker to catch the water and ice. Repeat pushing the button a few times until nothing but air comes out.
I then shut off the on off switch, shut the under cabinet valve and pull out the filter.

I then proceed with the rest of my winterizing. open all my faucets, flush toilet, low point drains, drain WH etc. Then I pump in anti -freeze.
