wiper will not shut off

HI I have a 2002 Georgetown and when I got it out of storage the wiper will not shut off . They stay on even when the key is out, I checked the fuses and even installed a new wiper motor and it still does the same thing, Could some one please help me fix this problem . Thanks

Could be the multi function switch in column... Remove column covers and unplug the switch asy and see if that stops it. ( turn signal switch )

Is it a Ford chassis? Ford steering wheel? Should be a ford standard multi-function switch asy....

It's probably the FORD switch where you turn them on and off from.

DiJoeboss, Thanks for your help it was the multi function switch on the floor by the flasher . I first took the steering wheel off and checked the switches and they were good so I pull the multi switch and the wiper stopped. Thanks again for all your help.

What multi function switch on the floor?? You removed the steering wheel and checked the switches?What switches? Does this have an airbag?Boy do i have a lot to learn about these Fords.

Mike T : I took the steering wheel bolts and checked the 2 switches on the turn signal and they still worked. So I looked down on the floor by the gas pedal and the are 3 switches from right to left the 1st is the for the dinger the 2nd is a wiper multi function switch that controls the wiper for it . Ford wants $231.00 but I found the same thing on E-Bay for $ 80.00 PS the 3rd switch is the flasher unite.

Are you talking about relays?? I'm not following you on "switches on the floor" ? Got any pics??

Iggy posted a pic of the multi-function switch.... Only thing on the floor area is the fuse box unless he's got something I don't....
