If you are going to Cape Breton a great CG is the KAO at seal island bridge. The sites are all terraced over looking the strait. It is a central location to visit the Cabot Trail, Louisburg, Sydney and the miners museum in Glace Bay. While at the miners museum you might be able to see the Men of the Deep practicing. Baddeck have the lobster suppers. If you have not been to CB you should really try and get there. I try to return to CB every two years. I can never get tired of the friendly people and great scenery.

What part of Cape Breton is she from? I was born in New Waterford and lived in Glace Bay until my early teens.

She's from Florence, near North Sydney. Her parents actually used to park their trailer at that Koa before they moved over to the trail by englishtown ferry. Heading back there in June but flying not pulling the trailer lol.

We are in Airdrie, Alberta. Next week we "camp" for 6 days in Banff, in early June we have booked 2 weeks in Waterton Lakes and for a week in July we will be at Brazeau Canal. (Provincial Recreation area)

The price in town is "usually" 10 cents cheaper than up on the highway, that has been our experience anyway. Did you camp in Pukaskwa National Park? If not you should have. Here are some pictures: Pukaskwa National Park Photo Gallery by Heinrich Lohmann at pbase.com

Hi, Winnipeg here! Just upgraded (for us, haha) to a V-Cross Vibe 6501, 20 huge feet long. Lots of room for us and our wee dog. We've been out on a few practice runs nearby and now have it somewhat permanently parked until August at Grand Marais. Have a great summer everyone!

If you are going to CB in June lobster season should still be open. If so have one for me. Originally from Glace Bay. Had to move to Ont. in order to get a good job. Back then the only jobs in the bay were fishing or coal mining. Now that all the mines have closed it is even harder to get a job.
