Green Acre RV Park in Waterloo, ON

Has anyone ever been to this place? It's close to St. Jacobs.

Did our thanksgiving there in ‘16. Alright place, but the site we were on was a little tight for our rig. Camp owner needed to help to keep me from driving over his new flower beds. Site 49. Brother in law on site 48 with exact same size rig had no issues though. Brother on site 57 also no issues, but his rig is shorter by a few feet.

Overall, decent place. I’d be willing to go back if there weren’t so many places on the “yet to be camped at” list.

Edit: another one in the area is Nith River (Did thanksgiving there last year.). Only 4 transient sites, but they have like 8 different hookups so you can position your rigs any which way you want. Good for group outings and is a similar nice park.

We had great sites with friends......Lakeside sites 285-296....full hookups and pull through just for convenience.

Actually preferred sites 285 -295 facing the pond. There’s a small bench and fire pit area right across the road from site 287 overlooking the pond. First come....first serve. The best spot in the park.

St Jacobs Market is literally 10 minutes away.

We’ll go back anytime.
