Kamloops British Columbia to Penticton British Columbia

5er is a 36CK2 about 14500 lbs. TV is a 2018 Chev Duramax 3500. Wondering if anyone has taken the Coquihalla connector from Merit BC to the Okanagan.

Yes if it is the road I am thinking of it has a good long steep grade to it.

Yep it is a steep grade but I am thinking I will take it because it beats having to fight the traffic through Vernon and Kelowna

Again it has been a few years for me but it was not the steepness but the length of the grade. Just do not be in a rush and you will be fine.

Tundra 5.7 Wolfpack 8500 kg, taken many times.
Stay in slow lane and ignore the buck 20 plus drivers - big rigs included.
Many places to stop and enjoy! Incredible views and micro climates if you take the off ramps for a hour -day or two.
