Need a good resource for campground listings in the Maritimes

Or, suggestions. Want to plan a trip next summer to PEI and New Brunswick specifically. Would like to visit friends in Shediac NB, and spend the majority of time in PEI. Any suggestions? Thanks

We did the Maritimes 10 years with the kids and stayed at Twin Shores https://www.twinshores.com/ PEI. It was a great campground with all the amenities. I would recommend it.

I can’t find RV Trip Wizard?
In July in NB we stayed at Lac St Michel, Rivière du Loup and Woolastook Provincial Park. I loved Woolastook, it was mostly just a big field with lots of long terms (weirdest provincial park) but it’s on St John River and the scenery is beautiful. Biggest eagle I’ve ever seen, ospreys, ravens, so fun to watch. Other 2 were regular pretty nice parks. We’re in PEi right now at Stanhope, Red Point for 10 days then Jacque Cartier for a week, those are all Provincial Parks.

We went to the park near Cavendish two years ago. It was a very nice area to spend some time, wish we could have stayed longer. I don’t think you will find a bad place there anyhow. Enjoy.

I have to agree with Dave, Twin Shores in PEI in the best campground on the Island. We visited it back in the early 70's when there were only 50 site. The owners have developed it and done a lot of planting added lots of features to cater to all ages. The beach is great and at low tide you can walk around the point to the other side of the camp ground, hence the reason for the name.

The 2 National Parks in NB are well worth the visit.

The Falls and Gorge Camp Ground in Grand Falls is a great overnight stop on the way to PEI.

We also stop at Killians Leisure Land in Moncton as another good over night stop

This is a pretty good list of accredited campgrounds around New Brunswick. https://nbcampgrounds.com/campgrounds/

There are five large government parks with campgrounds worth mentioning, Mount Carleton provincial park, Mactaquac provincial park, Kouchibouquac national park, Fundy National park and Parlee Beach provincial park (Shediac).

Twin Shores is a fantastic spot with lots to do on site and amazing beaches.
All the provincial and federal parks in New Brunswick are nice, but have to book well in advanced for full hookups.
