Storage in or near Toronto

We have a FR Shamrock 19, currently storing it in cookstown up the 400, would like to find something closer to home and somewhere that isn't going to break the bank. We are in south Etobicoke.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to good and safe storage places in or near Toronto?
