Couch Material Peeling On our 2008 283GTS

We have a clean 2008 Lexington 283GTS that we bought back in Feb and are on our first long trip. The couch material has begun to peel off badly and it id getting progressively worse. The cream colored coach is a fold down day bed and has the three large pillow back rests. It is definitely not made of leather but appears to be some kind of vinyl. This style couch was used through the 2012 283GTS model. Does anybody else have this problem? Thanks

Hello rpgibbs We have a 2006 283 GTS, and love it. It sounds like the first owner used the wrong cleaner on the couch. Ours is real leather and looks almost as good as the day we bought it new. The wife uses only Pledge on it and just a thin coat at that. She also checks all my pockets for "guy" type things that end up in our "mobile-tool box". The fine for that is --- the next time I come in --- I'd better come in with clean BVDs and socks and nothing else! OOPS!
Hope you get this problem solved, because you have a lot of fun ahead of you.

Blueox and Whats-er-name.
