Low Voltage Wire behind Oven

After removing my oven and installing new microwave I found a wire coming up from behind the lower drawer through the shelf that oven sat on, and it was just tied in a loop as to not fall back through hole. My question is I know these motorhomes are wired all the same and than equipment is installed or not installed. Any ideas what it would be for as it is hard to trace it back as it goes into the wiring channel behind fridge. Thanks

We have a 2006 255DS and a wire runs up to the stove top for ignition.
