New Batteries from Dealer not Charging

Hello Everyone..ok, our 2009 Lexington 255ds arrived today with 30k miles. In great shape. Few personal fixer upper things to do, but weekend projects.
** Dealer installed two new house batteries. Unit was driven from Arizona to Ca., to our home. Guy that dropped it off said, "uhh, I don't thing the house batteries are working" and left...good grief. So, not being new to Class A or TT, but new to this Unit, we plugged her in, everything worked great. Left her plugged it with everything inside Unit OFF. She remained plugged in for about 7 hours. Unplug her and "nothing".
We do have a Battery Disconnect (Red Key type thing) with off and on. We tried both, nothing, nada, zip.
With intent on calling the dealer in AZ in the morning to ask if we are doing something wrong...does anyone know WHAT we may be doing wrong.????

It also has a XPower 450 Inverter..don't know much about these. It is off.

Thanks..going nuts!

Have you checked the batteries to make sure they were not disconnected on purpose? Do you have a volt meter to check the batteries?
