I think that just goes with the territory. High profile vehicles are subject to buffeting by the wind.

Crap. Wrong forum, this post didn’t apply.

Thanks, Bob K.

I believe a Lexington 255 is a Class C, not a trailer.

You’re absolutely right. I try to be pretty good about what forum I’m in off of the “recent posts” page but this one got me.

I’ve removed the content of the post so as to not confuse things.

Swaying problem

I’ve learned a new habit to minimize that issue. 1. Keep the tires inflated to 80lbs. When they go low, the RV tends to be affected more. Interestingly enough, I also learned that the duel wheel have to keep the same side pressure. If one goes low, the other tire next to it will get really hot. 2. Strange, but works... when being passed by an 18 wheeler, just as it starts to pass you, let up on the gas pedal and drop speed by 5mph. You’ll notice the “suction” stop and you’re driving straight again. High winds, I just drive slower. Just a tip I picked up when I had my trailer, but also works with my Lexi.
