Instead of clicking on the tab at the top of the page, try clicking on the link to user cp on the upper nav bar.
On the next page, in your profile, you should see a link to albums and photos over on the left - click.
Now you should have a page that either already has albums set up or an option to set up more albums. If you already have an album set up click on the album you want to add pics to. Alternatively you can set up a new album from this page.
Once you've opened the album, you should see a link to ad images.
About mobile devices... You can use the browser on a mobile device to upload images but the FRF app does not have this capability. it's very lean and really designed for surfing and posting. many features in member profiles don't work from the mobile app.
It was a team effort for sure. Someone with more hands-on experience informed me about the maximum pics limit otherwise I would still be pulling my hair out.
