Attach photos on Private Messaging?

I know how to attach links and photos to threads.

Is there some symbol somewhere I’m missing to attach photos on PMs to another member, or is it just that it can’t be done and people should use email instead?

I don't believe the vBulletin forum software permits that capability. I could be wrong.

You can link to photos that are stored elsewhere via private messages, but cannot upload them.

It kind of would defeat the purpose of it being totally private, if they were uploaded to the site in that platform.
