Your posting is a little confusing.
Iím not sure, but I have no idea what a campsite reserve is.
Who has been asking you stuff?
Is your back up camera not working? Has it ever worked? What brand is it?

Pretty sure a Campsite Reserve is one of the FR brands (Rockwood?) relabeled for Camping World to sell.

To the OP: You realize, don't you, that the backup camera is powered by the lights on your tow vehicle? You must have the trailer connected AND the truck's headlights/taillights turned on for the camera to function.

Most trailer don't come with a rear observation camera. They are camera-ready prepped.
You have to buy your own system.
Since the Campsite Reserve line is brand new, very few here know anything about them.

Just looked at their website:
https://www.forestriverinc.com/rvs/campsite-reserve

Definitely not made by Rockwood since Rockwood doesn't make stick and tin trailers.
The website does mention a backup camera being included. The only stick and tin FR trailer brand, that I know of, that includes a backup camera, is Wildwood. So this new trailer line for CW, may be re-branded Wildwoods.
