Can file uploads and forum attachments be set to allow .csv files?

I have some checklists I wrote that may be of interest to others but they're in a .csv format, which is simply plain old text.

I cannot upload .csv files to forum posts nor to the Files section. The latter only accepts PDF and DOC

A .csv file cannot be weaponized, unlike a PDF or a .DOC file, so there is no danger to readers.
